Introduction

Welcome to ZAQOA AI. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our trading journal and analytics platform.

Important: ZAQOA AI is a journaling tool only. We do not provide brokerage services, execute trades, or manage funds.

1. What ZAQOA AI Is (And Isn't)

ZAQOA AI IS:

• A trading journal for recording trades
• An analytics tool for performance insights

ZAQOA AI IS NOT:

• A broker or trading platform
• A service that executes trades
• A financial advisor
• A provider of trading signals

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZAQOA AI. By using the app, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
• Will comply with all applicable laws
• Understand ZAQOA AI is a journaling tool, not a trading platform

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We do not have access to your broker accounts or trading passwords.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false or fraudulent trading data
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the app
• Harass or harm other users

5. Trading Data

You retain ownership of all trading data you upload. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you input or import.

We do not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted trading data.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (Google Play)

6.1. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Plan:

• 50 trades maximum (new users)
• 60 trades maximum (downgraded users: 50 base + 10 grace period)
• 1 trading account
• No screenshot uploads
• Limited analytics

Premium Plan:

• Unlimited trades
• Unlimited trading accounts
• 2 screenshots per trade
• PDF export functionality
• Advanced analytics and insights

6.2. Subscription Pricing

• Monthly: ₹249/month (auto-renewing)
• Annual: ₹1,999/year (auto-renewing)

6.3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. ZAQOA AI does not handle payment information directly. Your subscription is subject to Google Play's terms and policies.

6.4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.

6.5. Managing Your Subscription

To manage or cancel your subscription:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device
2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
3. Select ZAQOA AI
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to stop auto-renewal

6.6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

6.8. Downgrade to Free Plan

When your Premium subscription expires or is cancelled, you will be downgraded to the Free plan with the following changes:

• Grace period: 60 trades total (50 base + 10 grace)
• Trading accounts beyond your 1st account become read-only (view only, no editing or adding trades)
• You lose access to screenshot uploads, PDF export, and advanced analytics
• Your existing data remains accessible in read-only mode

6.9. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply at your next renewal. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase. You may cancel your subscription before the renewal to avoid the new price.

6.10. Free Trial (if offered)

If a free trial is offered, the duration will be specified at sign-up. You will not be charged during the trial period. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Free trials are limited to one per user.

6.11. No Trading Fees

ZAQOA AI does not charge any commissions, spreads, or trading-related fees. Subscription fees are only for access to the journaling and analytics platform.

7. Disclaimers

ZAQOA AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Data accuracy or completeness
• Trading success or profitability
• That Premium features will always be available or function as expected

Past performance does not indicate future results.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@zaqoa.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Note: Deleting your ZAQOA AI account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZAQOA AI shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Errors in analytics or calculations
• Subscription billing issues with Google Play
• Loss of Premium features due to payment failure or subscription cancellation

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZAQOA AI harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Subscription or payment disputes with Google Play

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in India.

12. Your Acknowledgment

By using ZAQOA AI, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Understand subscription terms, auto-renewal, and refund policies
• Are responsible for managing your Google Play subscription
• Accept all risks associated with trading
• Understand ZAQOA AI is not a broker or financial advisor
• If under 18, will use the app for educational purposes only and have parental/guardian consent

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZAQOA AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
