Important: ZAQOA AI is a trading journal and analytics tool. We do not have access to your broker accounts, trading passwords, or funds.

  • Google handles all payment processing and stores payment information
  • We only receive subscription verification data, not payment details
• Expo Push Notifications: Notification delivery

4. Data Retention

Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active.

Deleted Accounts: Data deleted within 30 days, except where legally required.

Backups: May remain in backup systems for up to 90 days.

Subscription Data: Subscription records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law (typically 7 years in India).

You have the right to:

• Export your data (CSV/JSON format using "Export Data" feature in Settings)

• Payment Security: Google Play handles all payment processing with industry-standard security (PCI DSS compliant)

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States (Firebase/Google Cloud). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Age Requirements and Children's Privacy

ZAQOA AI is intended for users 18 years of age and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided information, contact us at support@zaqoa.com and we will delete it promptly.
